No, it cannot be another Alaska, that is the least populated state in the USA! What you will do is wash the country in poor people with no education and no grasp of the language; with all the benefits of a citizen. Very bad idea, indeed.

UB – I really haven’t delved too deeply into it (which is to say I’m shooting from the hip) … but given Mexico’s natural resources, a little adult leadership might make Mexico another Alaska … in other words, a money maker.

Besides, I think the border between Mexico and Guatamala/Belize would be a little easier to secure than that between Mexico and the US …

All the talking heads say that annexing Mexico isn’t feasible or cost effective. I’m just wondering if the government will come down on the Minutemen like the Clinton’s did at Ruby Ridge and Waco. It seems the goverment is better at sticking it to the honest citzen instead of going after the crimminals.

I don’t know about this privately built fence … we’ll just have to tear it down when we get fed up enough with Fox and annex Mexico.

I’m just not sure how to divvy it up once we seize it … partition it among Tx, Az, Ca, and NM … or make it a separate state … If a separate state … how to name it … Old Mexico sounds a little lame. Suggestions?
