For those who do not listen to my radio show, I spent 10 years trying to figure out how to get back to the Constitutional Republic given to us by those who created the Constitution, with out bloodshed and this is what I came up with:
We need to take back our local and State governments with true Constitutional Conservatives. I am talking from the school boards, town councils to the Governor of the State. We the people have to get off our backsides and find candidates, convince them to run and help them get elected. We the people have been asleep behind the wheel for too long. Once we achieve this the State re-asserts their Constitutional Sovereignty and tells the federal government we will no longer follow your unconstitutional mandates, give you unconstitutional money, take money from you and we do not care what the courts think. We, the States, created you to serve our needs and not the other way around. There are no “implied powers” in the Constitution. The states purge their courts of those who have served in bad behavior and once enough states are taken back we hold an article 5 convention and make the Constitution CRYSTAL CLEAR, including stating the courts will use natural law as found in Emerich de Vatell’s Law of Nations and place limitations on the courts. We then purge the Federal courts of those who have served in bad behavior and replace them with people who understand the role of the courts is to look at the original intent of the legislators who created the law and apply it to the person or situation in front of them, not re-interpret the law. Now we get rid of all the unconstitutional laws and bureaucracy that were created and phase out all government entitlement programs. Anything we want to keep we have to amend the Constitution to keep them. Like we need the Air Force, but this requires an amendment. This puts the general government back into it’s Constitutional box.
Speaking of the military, no standing army, we have the militia, we the people and the organized militia, the National Guard and the Navy, with Marines, Seals and planes. I would pull ALL our military back home and close all over seas bases. Obviously the Navy would still patrol. Use the National Guard to secure our borders and build the dang fence with gun turrets, unmanned drones, and seismic sensors. The Air Force would have bases here in the USA to protect us.
Now we have our liberty back without a bloody revolution. Sending people to Washington will only slow the train wreck down, they will not and cannot dismantle the federal government from within, but the states have the power.

The State of the Union sucks. There ya go people. No matter what our President/Caesar and our elected cockroaches did, said, or promised tonight, do not believe it. The Constitution is the solution!!! Did ya hear that word tonight? NOOOOOOOO. WhyYYYYY! And no, we did not watch it tonight. Brian was sick all day, but we did record it. Oh, and by the way, it is Unconstitutional to televise the State of the Union Address. It was only meant to be given to the congress and the senate. Not to “we the people”. We will review this on our radio show this Thursday 1/27/11 @7pmest, on uncooperativeradio.com.

My President is not only the “Great Apologizer” and the “Great Obownater”, he is now the “Great Whiner”. Thank you my fellow citizens for this one.
President Barack Obama is peeved with the American press. They never say “thank you,” he whined to journalists in Japan on Monday.
According to the pool report from the press conference, one reporter said “Thank you, Mr. President.” Someone said the reporter was Australian.
“I knew it must have been an Australian because my folks never say thank you,” Obama said.
At that, the entire American pool said in unison — admittedly with a bit of sarcasm — “Thank you, Mr. President.”
PM Gillard could be heard chiming in, “There are a few cheeky Australians here.”
At first glance, Obama’s comment reeks of arrogance. He seems to think that press access is a privilege, not a right, and that he is under no obligation to even speak to reporters.
I know all you libs out there are screaming at the top of your Obama loving lungs. STOP PICKING ON PRESIDENT OBAMA!!! Oh wait, you guys are pissed off at him too. What a great “uniter” he has turned out to be. Oh,Oh,wait, he is uniting us. He’s uniting everyone that is Pissed off at him. Good job my president, you really do mean what you say.
I am sooo glad that our country is starting to wake up and “smell, the minority tyranny”. I do not want my tax payer dollars to go to any “ETHNIC” studies. Teach the kids the basics so we can again have “achievers” and not “socially correct” morons. Keep up the good fight people. God is on our side. Oh, no, I said the “G” word.
From CNN U.S.;
Eleven Tucson, Arizona, educators sued the state board of education and superintendent this week for what the teachers consider an “anti-Hispanic” ban looming on Mexican-American studies.
The suit comes in a state already roiled by a controversial immigration law that is being challenged in court.
On Tuesday, state Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Horne defended the new law, which will go into effect December 31. The law authorizes the superintendent to stop any ethnic studies classes that “promote the overthrow of the United States government … promote resentment toward a race or class of people … (or) advocate ethnic solidarity instead of treatment of pupils as individuals.”
Horne said he would seek the first-ever ban in Tucson for its “raza studies” program, now called Mexican-American studies. Raza means “the race” in Spanish.
If anyone wants to take these dumbass courses on their own, fine, but our children should not be forced, as prisoners of the public school system to do so. Parents please protest, it’s up to you.

We just need to stop going to the courts people. It is up to our individual states to decide what is best for “we the people”, not the Federal government.
From World Net Daily:
federal judge has concluded Congress can demand that Americans buy government-approved health insurance in the first ruling of its kind on Obamacare, but he also has opened a door for people to challenge the plan in court.
The ruling means the Supreme Court eventually could have the opportunity to decide whether Obamacare is constitutional and to redefine the scope of the Commerce Clause, which Washington now interprets as allowing such government requirements.
Since the Roosevelt administration, controversial Supreme Court interpretations of the clause have been used to broadly expand the powers of the federal government.

I am not even going to opine on this article. I just want the story to get out. Please, fax, blog and tell everyone you know about this; yet another executive order that our President has signed to destroy our way of life. Shout this article from the roof tops. Where is Thomas Paine when we need him?
President Obama has signed an executive order specifying the treatment for all Americans, to be prescribed by government bureaucrats.Obama’s order appoints members to a new government committee set up by the Democrats’ new health law that will evaluate, make recommendations about and establish rules for everything from how people exercise to whether they smoke to the food they eat and the medicines they use. And it specifically requires the committee list the priorities for “lifestyle behavior modification” that the government will pursue.
Please, please read the entire article and pass it on. This must, and I mean, must be brought to the light of day!

Appearing on MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell Reports on Tuesday, Politico columnist Roger Simon described a recent interview with President Obama: “…he showed a genuine irritation….when people like Bobby Jindal, you know, standing up, screaming about more federal action…a small-government, no federal aid kind of guy. And the President is calling out those people for hypocrisy.”
Simon was discussing a quote from Obama in that interview, in which the President whined: “Some of the same folks who have been hollering and saying do something are the same folks who, just two or three months ago, were suggesting that government needs to stop doing so much.” Apparently, asking the federal government to do its job in a national emergency but not take over people’s health care is the liberal definition of hypocrisy
I agree, the government is doing everything it’s not supposed to do and not doing what they are supposed to do as per the Constitution. Poor Mr.President, he finally has to act like a President not just a community organizer. I frankly do not think he is up to the task. Congrats America, on your choice during the 2008 Presidential elections.

From The Uncooperative Radio Show:
Interview with the co-author of the book; The Manchurian President. The book uncovers a far-leftist, anti-American nexus that has been instrumental in not only helping build Obama’s political career but in securing his presidency. Klein, with Brenda J. Elliott details with shocking precision how this nexus continues to influence Obama and the White House and is involved in drafting policy aimed at reshaping our country.
This was revealing and frightening interview. Check it out.

On ABC’s This Week, when retired ABC newsman Sam Donaldson recommended that President Barack Obama nominate, to replace Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens, someone who “is going to stand up for the principles – on the left, if you will – that he believes in,” Cokie Roberts jumped in: “I’m not so sure he is so far to the left.” Donaldson agreed: “Well, I’m not sure either.”
Minutes later, Roberts contended the efforts of state attorneys general, to get a federal court to rule unconstitutional ObamaCare’s requirement every citizen get health insurance, reminded her of the “nullification” which led to the Civil War:
What the hell are these people talking about? And they get paid for this? I’ll tell you I have read much more insightful stuff on Gather and heard more intelligent conversation on BlogTalk Radio, than what I get from the Lame Stream Media.

Montana Growth Network

Thanks for expressing your concerns about the constitutionality of the recent health care legislation.
We have reviewed the legal arguments that are being used to challenge the legislation, and have concluded that it is highly unlikely it will be found unconstitutional. This is a conclusion that is shared by the vast majority of legal scholars, liberal and conservative, who have reviewed the issues. As a result, Montana will not be joining the lawsuit that several state Attorneys General have brought.
People can certainly disagree over whether the health care legislation is good policy. That does not mean, however, that the State of Montana should spend taxpayer money to file a lawsuit that we do not believe has legal merit. Like the Republican and Democratic Montana Attorneys General who served before me, I try hard to keep my personal political beliefs out of legal decisions.
My staff and I are busy and working hard to protect the interests of Montanans. The courts will have the opportunity to judge the merits of the challenges to the health care legislation without the involvement of Montana. If we are correct and the courts reject the challenges, we will have saved valuable Montana taxpayer resources. In the unlikely event that the Courts declare the legislation unconstitutional, their decision will apply to all Americans – including all Montanans – even though we weren’t a party to the lawsuit.
This is what my elected cockroach feels about this matter. My husband says he can see where he is coming from, I think he is a coward.
