On Bravo, Kathy Griffin Mocks Bristol Palin’s ‘Leno’ Chin, Mangles Bachmann Speech

From newsbusters.org

KATHY GRIFFIN: Okay, so, Bristol Palin has this brand new chin, and I swear to god, she looks like Jay Leno. Your very own Jay Leno from Andover. Right, Andover- all right. But it’s like she took a picture of Jay Leno, went to the dentist and said, “can I have this?” It’s really- I-I, I’m just saying-it’s, like, out there. But the comedy comes in, in her statement. So, may I read you her statement, directly? Okay. I got my little notes – okay. So, uh, Bristol Palin said, “I had corrective jaw surgery.” Let’s just-let’s just take a minute. Not a chin implant, corrective jaw surgery. “Yes, it improved the way I look, but the surgery was necessary for medical reasons.” No, that-that’s true. Like, when I had my first face lift, it was ’cause I was fighting scurvy. And when I had my eye job, it was ’cause I had rickets. And for – “it was for medical reasons, so my jaw and teeth could properly realign.”Who did she blow last night

I am sooo, sooo freakin pissed about this stupid bitch. I had to have “reconstructive jaw surgery” for medical reasons. All my siblings and I, except for one had “buck teeth” (two of them still do). That condition, (and I am putting my RN with a BSN hat on), deteriorates the gum line due to mis-alignment of the teeth. I had two gum operations and was told that without “reconstruction” I would loose most of my teeth and if I had an infection in my gums it could affect my heart. It took two years and I had to have my jaw wired shut for six months to get the job done. It started in 1992, with the surgeons cracking open my upper jaw. My husband had to turn a key to a lock that was surgically implanted in my upper jaw that stretched my jaw to the point that there was a one to two inch space between my two front teeth, every night. The pain was bad and constant. I was going to Nursing school for my BSN during the whole ordeal. So screw you, you sick crazy commie bitch, Kathy Griffin, just shut the hell up. You are not funny and need to go.

The Uncooperativebloggers/ Radio show’s State of the Union Address

The State of the Union sucks. There ya go people. No matter what our President/Caesar and our elected cockroaches did, said, or promised tonight, do not believe it. The Constitution is the solution!!! Did ya hear that word tonight? NOOOOOOOO. WhyYYYYY! And no, we did not watch it tonight. Brian was sick all day, but we did record it. Oh, and by the way, it is Unconstitutional to televise the State of the Union Address. It was only meant to be given to the congress and the senate. Not to “we the people”. We will review this on our radio show this Thursday 1/27/11 @7pmest, on uncooperativeradio.com.

Homeschoolers alarmed by Kagan nomination

This is a very revealing article about this particular nomination for SCOTUS. First there is this:
From World Net Daily;

Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan’s press for considering international law as “the context” for interpreting U.S. law has incited worries her appointment could pave the way for world treaties that threaten both parental rights and homeschooling in the United States.
A statement from the Home School Legal Defense Association points to Kagan’s decision as dean of Harvard Law School to require first-year students to study international law:

“From the start, students should learn to locate what they are learning about public and private law in the United States within the context of a larger universe,” reads a letter from Kagan and Harvard’s Curricular Innovations Committee advocating the requirement. “Specifically, we recommend the development of three foundation courses … each of which represents a door into the global sphere that students will use as context for U.S. law.”

A larger universe! A larger universe! You have got to be kidding me, right? I’ll acknowledge a “larger universe” when the “universe” adopts the Constitution of these United States, Ms. Kagan. Then there is this:

Prof. Rabkin’s report also points out Kagan’s choice of Chief Justice Aharon Barak of the Israel Supreme Court as her “judicial hero,” calling him “the judge who has best advanced democracy, human rights, the rule of law and justice.”

“Justice Barak was certainly a jurist of remarkable confidence – he makes activist judges in America look timid by comparison,” objects Rabkin. “He was known for filling gaps by invoking standards from other countries – so much so that he made it a practice to hire at least one clerk each year from a foreign country (that is, a clerk whose legal training had been acquired in a foreign country rather than in Israel). … Senators should ask Elena Kagan, which practices of Chief Justice Barak does she think American judges would do well to emulate?”

Do you think any of our elected cockroaches on either side of the isle will ask that question? Will they have the guts to ask any tough question? I doubt it. And by the way, “human rights” are granted by governments, “unalienable” rights are granted by God. I would rather my rights come from the Creator, Ms. Kagan.

ABC Vets Insist Obama Not on Left, Blocking ObamaCare Reminds Roberts of ‘First Step Toward the Civil War’

From NewsBusters.org:

On ABC’s This Week, when retired ABC newsman Sam Donaldson recommended that President Barack Obama nominate, to replace Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens, someone who “is going to stand up for the principles – on the left, if you will – that he believes in,” Cokie Roberts jumped in: “I’m not so sure he is so far to the left.” Donaldson agreed: “Well, I’m not sure either.”

Minutes later, Roberts contended the efforts of state attorneys general, to get a federal court to rule unconstitutional ObamaCare’s requirement every citizen get health insurance, reminded her of the “nullification” which led to the Civil War:

What the hell are these people talking about? And they get paid for this? I’ll tell you I have read much more insightful stuff on Gather and heard more intelligent conversation on BlogTalk Radio, than what I get from the Lame Stream Media.

Leahy Refuses to Delay Hearing for Controversial Judicial Nominee

From FNC:

Democrats refused Wednesday to delay the confirmation hearing for one of President Obama’s most controversial judicial nominees a day after Republicans slammed the candidate for failing to initially disclose more than 100 of his speeches, publications and other background materials.

It is not unreasonable to request a delay to read over the 117 documents, so what are the democrats thinking? Remember when they were the minority party the dems filibustered allot of bush’s nominees.

The hearing for Goodwin Liu, a Berkeley law professor nominated to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, already had been postponed twice. Republicans have targeted Liu for his writings suggesting health care is a right and describing the U.S. Constitution as a document that should adapt to changes in the world.

This alone should disqualify the nominee. This view of the Constitution is political and judges should not make decisions based on their view of the world. This amounts to changing the original meaning of the Constitution right? Well, the founding fathers who created the Constitution debated how to change the Constitution as the need arises, it is called amending the Constitution. See, the founders new their would be a need to change the Constitution and they made the provision to do so, this being the case the idea of judges changing it in the judiciary is ridiculous. The judicial branch is not supposed to make law or change the Constitution, this has been nothing but the progressives making an end run around the system. The LEGISLATIVE branch is the only branch to make law and the amendment process is the only way the Constitution is to be changed.

Obama Moves to Centralize Control Over Party Strategy

Both parties need to go. They are so outside of their constitutional powers, but I blame “We The People”, for this dire state of affairs. Take back your school house, take back your county, take back your states. The “elected cockroaches” that we stood bye and just let them be in office are entrenched. They will not “go so silently into that dark night” without kicking and screaming. Personally, I’d love to kick them and hear them scream.

From The NY Times:

President Obama is reconstituting the team that helped him win the White House to counter Republican challenges in the midterm elections and recalibrate after political setbacks that have narrowed his legislative ambitions. Mr. Obama has asked his former campaign manager, David Plouffe, to oversee House, Senate and governor’s races to stave off a hemorrhage of seats in the fall. The president ordered a review of the Democratic political operation — from the White House to party committees — after last week’s Republican victory in the Massachusetts Senate race, aides said.

In addition to Mr. Plouffe, who will primarily work from the Democratic National Committee in consultation with the White House, several top operatives from the Obama campaign will be dispatched across the country to advise major races as part of the president’s attempt to take greater control over the midterm elections, aides said.

My Uncooperative Readers; I will ask the question, how many times have you heard the words, “take over”, and “control”. Enough said.

Guess who screened White House appointments!

The Original Uncooperative Blogger, my husband, Brian, already put up on this blog Our President Obama’s past associations. But I must bring up yet again, his Assssociations. lol Oh wait, commie associations. I should not laugh at this subject, but our state of affairs in this country is so blatantly out of control, outside the United States Constitution, and heading for utter destruction that; if I don’t laugh; I will cry. Please, please, please, people read the entire article and then go to all the links.

From WorldNetDaily:

JERUSALEM – Was a far-left think tank partnered with the community activist group ACORN and founded with input from President Obama instrumental in securing the appointment of controversial White House “environmental czar” Van Jones?

A key member of the think tank reportedly was also a founder of a socialist party that, evidence indicates, included Obama among its members.

In March, Jones was named the special adviser for green jobs, enterprise and innovation at the White House Council on Environmental Quality.

His appointment drew criticism after a WND report exposing that Jones was as an admitted radical communist and black nationalist leader. The Fox News Channel’s Glenn Beck hammered away at Jones’ communist ties

As you continue reading this article this is what you will find.

While running for the Illinois state Senate in 1996 as a Democrat, Obama actively sought and received the endorsement of the New Party, according to confirmed reports during last year’s presidential campaign.
The New Party, formed by members of the Democratic Socialists of America and leaders of an offshoot of the Community Party USA, was an electoral alliance that worked alongside the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN. The New Party’s aim was to help elect politicians to office who espouse its policies.
Among New Party members was linguist and radical activist Noam Chomsky.
Obama’s campaign last year denied the then-presidential candidate was ever an actual member of the New Party.
But the New Zeal blog dug up print copies of the New Party News, the party’s official newspaper, which show Obama posing with New Party leaders, listing him as a New Party member and printing quotes from him as a member.

Sorry people, we here at the Uncooperativeblogger site and on our radio show strive for truth, justice and the American way. So, even if this was a false story, the actions of my President would make them true. Think about that. Actions are stronger than words.
